Data protection
Keski-Uudenmaan koulutuskuntayhtymä – Keuda (Education Consortium of Central Uusimaa Region) and Keuda Koulutuspalvelut Oy process personal information on students, personnel, representatives and clients in order to manage the duties allocated for them. Processing personal information at Keuda is based on operations stipulated by legislation or separate consent given by the registered party.
The personal data collected constitutes personal records in accordance with EU Data Protection Regulation 2016/679.
The rights of a data subject
Articles of 12-22 in Data Protection Regulation determine the rights of a data subject, including:
- the rights to receive transparent information on personal data processing
- the rights to access one’s own information
- the rights to rectify data and the rights to be forgotten
- the rights to transfer data from one system to another
- the rights to object the processing of information, automatic decision-making and profiling
- the rights to be notified of any breach of data protection
The use of data subject’s rights
If you notice errors in the personal data in the system or service and you are unable to rectify the data yourself, you can contact the data protection officer and request that the data be rectified.
Everyone has the right to check what information about him or her is saved in the registers or whether there is no information about him or her in the register. The request for inspection must be made in writing. Copies of the personal data processed will be provided in person after verification of identity. Sensitive and confidential information will not be emailed for security reasons.

User tracking
We use Leadoo’s tracking service to follow what users are doing on the site and combine this behavioral data with other data we can gather from e.g. chat interactions. Leadoo uses etag tracking in order to hook together the same users behavior over several sessions – in practice this works similarly to cookie based tracking.
